Set the venue's location and a tolerance radius. When a guest presses send, their phone's position is checked automatically: inside the radius the message goes through, outside it is refused. Ideal for grand openings or product launches that only want wishes from guests who really came.

Set the venue's location, then pick a tolerance radius of 50, 100, 250, or 500 meters. You can test it from your own phone before the event.
Messages from outside are refused
Guests outside the radius can't send and are told why right away. Your event screen and exports only hold messages from guests who were there.
Guest privacy stays protected
A guest's coordinates are only used to check the distance when the message is sent, and are never stored.
Tip: Indoor GPS can be off by up to 100 m, so pick a generous radius for a ballroom event.

Accounts are set up by our team for customers who subscribe (monthly or yearly). Reach out to us on WhatsApp and we'll create it. A renewal reminder shows in your dashboard from 30 days before it ends (14 days for a monthly plan). If it runs out, the account can't create or change projects until it is renewed, but your guest pages and data stay safe. If you only need one event, you don't need an account: pick Basic or Pro and we set it up for you.
